Discovery sessions is a term used for players attending the grassroot programs U8-U12 while Tryouts is for competitive programs U13+.

Players looking to tryout are asked to fill out the waiver form below. Following the completion of the waiver form, you are asked to attend the date of your age group.

The trial will last up to a maximum of two weeks during which time you will be monitored by the Head Coach and Technical Director of your age group. Players will be asked to attend as many tryouts as possible to receive an appropriate evaluation. 

Following the sessions, if you are selected you will receive a letter of offer email which outlines registration information for the upcoming season.

Players looking to join Chantilly Forever FC, are asked to fill out form by this form. Should there be room on a team, the coach will contact you to invite you for a trial.
