Technical Director
Paul Lowe is a seasoned basketball professional with deep roots in Hamilton, Ontario. His journey began at the high school level, where he made a name for himself as a formidable player. Paul won the Hamilton Separate High School Championship with the Saint Thomas More Knights and secured three Hamilton Public High School Championships with the Hill Park Rams. His outstanding performances also led him to two Golden Horseshoe Championships with both Hill Park Rams and Saint Thomas More Knights.
Paul's accolades include being a three-time Hamilton Public School All-Star and twice named Hamilton Spectator Athlete of the Week. He was also recognized as Athlete of the Year at Hill Park Rams on two occasions and competed in the OFSAA as a participant for both Hill Park Rams and St. Thomas More.
In addition to his high school successes, Paul was a Canusa Games Champion, representing Hamilton against Flint, Michigan, and secured a Hamilton Middle School Championship with Cardinal Heights. As a member of the Hamilton Blessed Sacrament Rep team, Paul continued to refine his skills, later becoming a two-time OCAA West Champion and a two-time OCAA West All-Star with Mohawk College. He also played for the McMaster Marauders Basketball team, further solidifying his reputation in the sport.
Paul has a wealth of coaching experience, having served as an assistant coach for the Cathedral Gaels, leading them to an OFSAA bronze medal finish, and as head coach at Trillium Demonstration School and Northern High School, where his teams became tournament champions. He has also contributed to the development of young athletes as a coach and counselor at McMaster's summer basketball sports camp for six years.
Currently, Paul works for the Ontario Ministry of Education, where he has over 15 years of experience working with students with severe learning disabilities. As a true product of Hamilton, Paul is passionate about giving back to the community he loves, and he brings that dedication to his role as Technical Director.

Michael Williams' journey in basketball began in the heart of Hamilton, where the sport is a cornerstone of the community. From an early age, Michael developed a deep passion for basketball, playing alongside some of the city's top talents, including his high school teammate, Paul Lowe.
Currently in his 13th year of teaching at an elementary school in the Peel Region, Michael has spent countless hours coaching basketball, helping young athletes reach their full potential both on and off the court. His dedication to the sport is evident as he works towards his NCCP certification in basketball, further enhancing his coaching credentials.
As Chantilly Basketball's General Manager, Michael brings his extensive experience and passion to the role. His responsibilities include assisting with on-court drills, managing equipment, leading warm-up activities, and meticulously tracking team and player statistics. Michael is committed to providing the support the team needs, working behind the scenes to ensure that the coach can focus on teaching and developing the players.
Michael's dedication to basketball and his commitment to nurturing young talent make him a valuable asset to Chantilly Basketball, where he plays a key role in the organization's success.
