OPSM Announces Partnership with Hamilton-based Academy Chantilly Forever

OPSM is thrilled to announce our partnership as the official player management partner of Hamilton’s top Academy: Chantilly Forever FC.

“We are beyond excited to be expanding our reach in the Ontario province with this partnership. We know OPSM can provide great services to the Chantilly players, and look forward to facilitating the professional and collegiate growth of Chantilly’s best and brightest.” said OPSM’s President of Operations Mackenzie Longpre. 

Chantilly Forever’s impressive soccer academy offers a complete player pathway from the grassroots level (U8) all the way up through the high school and early college years (U17-U18 & U21 Reserves). The club’s commitment to developing its players with its tactical and technical staff has made them not only the best academy in the city of Hamilton, but one of the best Academies in all of Ontario.  

Shabazz Perin, Chantilly Forever FC’s Technical Director expressed to OPSM his excitement regarding the partnership. “Now with the help of OPSM, we can extend our pathway offerings to our players. OPSM’s connections to professional and collegiate programs throughout North America and even the rest of the world is a huge addition for our Academy.” 

The partnership was facilitated by OPSM’s Management team alongside Chantilly Forever’s Director of Operations David Campos. Campos was instrumental in aligning the partnership. Stating “I found OPSM on Instagram and was immediately impressed at the level at which they were running. We sent one of our players to their combines and were really encouraged by how they played. I am happy that Mackenzie (Longpre), Jared (Maloney, Director of Marketing), and Abeku (Duncan, Operations Manager) were able to help me solidify this partnership. I am so excited for this opportunity for our players and community!” 

Chantilly Forever FC and OPSM know how much talent is present in the province but especially in the Hamilton area in particular. However, until recently there hasn’t been too many local options for players ready to make the next step in their careers. “Hamilton consistently produces some of the best talent in the whole province at the high school level in all sports, but with only one semi-professional team and one professional team, the pro-opportunities were few and far between for our players” said Perin. “Now with the help of OPSM we hope to broaden our players horizons, showcasing them by utilizing OPSM’s expansive network.”

OPSM is so happy to have Chantily Forever as a part of our family and are eager to get to work with their academy players. Unlike some of the other Pro Sports Agencies, OPSM has remained true to the grass-roots level understanding the importance of not only representing the best, but building the best as well. This dedication to uplifting the youth is what separates us, and is precisely what we have done for years now. OPSM takes pride in working hard for our affiliates, Chantilly Forever FC, and any other clubs or academies who want to help young men and woman pursue the next steps in their careers.
